Delivery time may change based on client response time, revision requests, and project complexity.
Revisions are provided based on the selected package or agreement. Additional revision requests outside the agreed scope may require extra charges and additional delivery time.
All payments must be made as agreed before work starts or as per milestone agreement. Work delivery may be paused if payment is not completed on time.
Software licenses, digital products, and customized services are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Refund requests may be considered if the delivered work clearly does not meet the agreed requirements for the following services:
To request a refund, you must contact us with clear evidence of the issue. We will review and resolve the matter within 5 to 7 working days.
After a service is delivered, we provide support based on the package or service agreement. Please review support terms before placing an order.
Some services rely on third-party platforms such as Google, Facebook, YouTube, or hosting providers. Freelancer Express is not responsible for policy changes, account restrictions, monetization decisions, ad disapproval, or platform downtime.
Unless otherwise agreed, final delivered files belong to the client after full payment is completed. Freelancer Express may showcase completed work in our portfolio for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
Freelancer Express shall not be liable for indirect loss, business interruption, or damages caused by delays, incorrect client information, or third-party platform issues.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated terms.

Freelancer Express নিম্নোক্ত ডিজিটাল সেবাসমূহ প্রদান করে (তবে এর মধ্যেই সীমাবদ্ধ নয়):
অর্ডার করার আগে সেবার বিস্তারিত বিবরণ ভালোভাবে দেখে নেওয়া আপনার দায়িত্ব। কাজ সম্পন্ন করার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য, কনটেন্ট এবং নির্দেশনা সঠিকভাবে প্রদান করতে আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন।
ক্লায়েন্টের দেরিতে রেসপন্স, অতিরিক্ত পরিবর্তন (রিভিশন), বা কাজের জটিলতার কারণে ডেলিভারির সময় পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
প্যাকেজ/চুক্তি অনুযায়ী নির্দিষ্ট রিভিশন প্রদান করা হবে। চুক্তির বাইরে অতিরিক্ত পরিবর্তনের জন্য অতিরিক্ত চার্জ এবং সময় লাগতে পারে।
কাজ শুরু করার আগে বা মাইলস্টোন চুক্তি অনুযায়ী পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করতে হবে। নির্ধারিত সময়ে পেমেন্ট না হলে কাজের অগ্রগতি বা ডেলিভারি সাময়িকভাবে স্থগিত থাকতে পারে।
সফটওয়্যার লাইসেন্স, ডিজিটাল পণ্য এবং কাস্টমাইজড সেবা সাধারণত ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
তবে নিম্নোক্ত সেবাগুলোর ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারিকৃত কাজ চাহিদা অনুযায়ী না হলে রিফান্ড বিবেচনা করা হতে পারে:
রিফান্ড অনুরোধ করতে হলে সমস্যার সঠিক প্রমাণসহ আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে। আমরা সাধারণত ৫ থেকে ৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে বিষয়টি পর্যালোচনা করে সমাধান প্রদান করার চেষ্টা করি।
সেবা ডেলিভারির পর প্যাকেজ/চুক্তি অনুযায়ী প্রয়োজনীয় সাপোর্ট প্রদান করা হবে। অর্ডার করার আগে সাপোর্ট পলিসি সম্পর্কে নিশ্চিত হয়ে নিন।
Google, Facebook, YouTube বা হোস্টিং প্রোভাইডারসহ কিছু সেবা তৃতীয় পক্ষের প্ল্যাটফর্মের উপর নির্ভরশীল হতে পারে। প্ল্যাটফর্মের নীতিমালা পরিবর্তন, অ্যাকাউন্ট রেস্ট্রিকশন, মনিটাইজেশন সিদ্ধান্ত, অ্যাড ডিসঅ্যাপ্রুভ, বা প্ল্যাটফর্ম ডাউনটাইমের জন্য Freelancer Express দায়ী থাকবে না।
সম্পূর্ণ পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর চূড়ান্ত ডেলিভারিকৃত কাজের মালিকানা সাধারণত ক্লায়েন্টের হবে (যদি অন্য কোনো চুক্তি না থাকে)। Freelancer Express আমাদের পোর্টফোলিওতে কাজ প্রদর্শন করতে পারে, তবে আপনি লিখিতভাবে অনুরোধ করলে তা প্রদর্শন করা হবে না।
ডেলিভারি বিলম্ব, ক্লায়েন্টের ভুল/অসম্পূর্ণ তথ্য, বা তৃতীয় পক্ষের প্ল্যাটফর্মজনিত সমস্যার কারণে সৃষ্ট পরোক্ষ ক্ষতি বা ব্যবসায়িক ক্ষতির জন্য Freelancer Express দায়ী থাকবে না।
Freelancer Express যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন/আপডেট করতে পারে। ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার বা সেবা গ্রহণ অব্যাহত রাখলে তা পরিবর্তিত শর্তাবলীতে সম্মতি হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।
